6 Night Around Mallorca Cruise

Day 1

Our cruise begins in Palma where we have a champagne reception on board before heading off along the south coast, stopping for lunch and a swim before arriving at our evening berth at Puerto Andraitx.
There are some nice restaurants here in this popular fishing port. So you have a choice of trying one of the good ones, or dining on board the yacht.

Day 2

After breakfast we head off between the island of Dragonera and St Elmo on our cruise up to our overnight anchorage at Pto. Soller. On the way we stop for a while under the impressive rock formation of Sa Fordada, once the home of the Archduke Louis Salvador.
We arrive at the pretty enclosed port of Soller where we go ashore using the tender. Here there is a lovely 1930s tram which takes you up to the old town of Soller. We have a BBQ dinner served on the fly bridge with a view of the setting sun. After dinner why not relax with an after dinner drink in the Hot Tub.

Day 3

Today we head off north again after our breakfast, along the way we see a number of little settlements, some dating back to the time of the Arab occupation over 700 years ago.
We visit the lovely Gorge at La Calobra where you can go ashore to walk up the Gorge for a short distance and see the hopefully dry waterfalls. We then head off north to arrive on our berth for the night at Puerto Pollenca. This is a very popular resort and there is a lovely pine walk where you can stroll looking out at the lovely bay. There are a number of little shops and some restaurants here or you can have dinner on board.

Day 4

After breakfast we cruise up to the bay of Formentera where you can relax and swim before going ashore to see the famous Hotel Formentor, here you can use their beach bar and if you wish enjoy their famous buffet lunch. After lunch we head off south towards our evening berth at the lovely marina of Cala D Ór . This is one of the best marinas on the island with many good restaurants and shops. It is always a favourite place with our guests. Here you can eat ashore or have dinner on board. This is a popular place where holiday makers walk past each night looking at all the boats and deciding which is the best, you will be on one of the biggest and best boats here.

Day 5

We head south after looking into lots of lovely coves and calas, we see Pto Petro, Cala Mondrago and Cala Santany before arriving at the pretty fishing port of Cala Figuera. We stop for a swim and lunch before heading to our evening anchorage at the Cabrera Islands.
Islands make up the Cabrera nacional park, a nature reserve and a place is totally unspoilt and one of the nicest places to go in the Balearic islands. We have dinner on board and see the sun setting in this tranquil setting, perhaps to the voice of Andrea Boccelli over the Bang Olufsen sound system. After dinner relax in the Jacuzzi– Hot tub. This is the end to a perfect day.

Day 6

Before leaving the anchorage it is a great idea to go ashore in the tender and do the gentle walk up to the ancient castle, which was once used as a prison where the Spanish kept their French prisoners, most of whom died here. On the return to the waterfront stop for a at the little Taverna for a well earned beer or a coffee before heading back to the yacht.

We now set off for our cruise back to Palma. Lunch is taken at anchor in Es trenc, which is one of the best beaches on the island. watch out though for the nudists. On our 2 tour trip back from here we will call to see the pretty Cala Pi, then it´s off to Palma where we arrive in time for dinner to be taken on board of at one of the restaurants on the paseo maritimo.

Day 7

After breakfast it is time to leave the yacht and head for the airport.
